Project Overview
Professional Outcomes Limited successfully supplied, delivered, installed, and commissioned ICT equipment at 50 selected learning institutions across six provinces in Zambia.
The project involved deploying 600 desktop computers and monitors, 50 multifunction printers, 100 toner cartridges, and 50 projectors. All equipment was assembled, configured, tested, and installed in designated computer laboratories.
Field teams operated across Central, Copperbelt, Luapula, Muchinga, Northern, and North-Western provinces. Despite difficult terrain, adverse weather conditions, and delays caused by unprepared computer laboratories, all institutions were successfully serviced within the required project period.
Quality assurance measures included pre-delivery inspections, on-site functionality testing, signed delivery acknowledgements, and geo-tagged photographic documentation. The project strengthened access to digital learning resources and demonstrated Professional Outcomes Limited’s capacity to execute large-scale ICT logistics and installation projects.
